awwwwww! so cute and ridiculously mini, LOL. Yes, mini pies are making the trend these days. Jared and I heart the strawberry and cream pies at McDonald’s right now (yum yum). So I thought I would practice and make some of my own (sans the cream today; pies make me nervous). I did use store bought pie crust and just cut the shapes I wanted. My fear truly comes from making the pie crust – I really really suck at it. No one is perfect right. I will have to conquer my pie crust fear another day…. but today I will enjoy these bad boys just as much (I ate 3)!
