Asian Inspired Salads class – Thursday June 25th

My friend Kelly and I had a great time teaching this class on Tuesday (via¬†Urban Relish)! We showed folks how to roll their own spring rolls, prepared the deliciousness of a cold Soba noodle salad (i’ll post the recipe for this later), and they even made their own peanut dressing.

These are the dressing ingredients for the spicy cold Soba noodle salad (Korean red chili paste, water, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, and sesame seeds (black & white).

Ingredients for fresh Vietnamese spring rolls (rice sticks, fried tofu, cucumber, cilantro, bean sprouts, to name a few).

Wrapping magic! The spring roll wraps are made of rice flour. Cheap, pliable, gluten free, and healthy.
