Dark Chocolate Smores

No shame in making a good thing an even better thing. I didn’t have a chance to bake this weekend since I went camping. But before I headed out to the wilderness I grabbed the 72% cacao Godiva chocolate bar that was in my freezer and a tiny bear of local honey. Add normal graham crackers and perfectly burnt marshmallows to this mix and you have a perfect dessert! I had at least 2 of these – hehehehe. The Godiva chocolate was smooth and provided an overall soft texture compared to what we are use to (waxy chocolate doesn’t always melt). I didn’t add a lot of honey but it sweetened it a little bit to give it something more. Enjoy the pics!
