What’s Cookin’ Wednesday! Vege & Hummus snack

Really, no cooking today. Sometimes by the middle of the week you’re  just tired. I’m tired.  So tonight I made a cheddar brat and some tots. AND this healthy snack.  Haricot vert, cucumbers, radishes, carrots, hummus with some chia seeds & red pepper flakes (protein bonus ^_^).  Happy Wednesday!DSC00801
